This is an advanced crisis committee. Delegates should have prior experience with crisis committees.
One hundred years after the Battle of Hogwarts, the witches and wizards who fought in the Second Wizarding War have long since passed, but their legacy continues to shape the magical world. Over the past century, the Ministry of Magic has enacted sweeping reforms aimed at redefining wizarding society and dismantling many of the traditions that once structured magical power. For some, these policies represent progress; for others, they symbolize the destruction of the rich heritage and traditions of the wizarding world.
From this resentment, a movement has re-emerged. Inspired by the ideology that once fueled Voldemort’s rise, a new generation of Death Eaters has begun to organize in the shadows, determined to reclaim what they believe the modern Ministry has taken from them. Unlike their predecessors, however, these witches and wizards operate in a far more complicated political landscape, where influence, secrecy, and manipulation can prove just as powerful as open conflict.
Within this committee, delegates will represent figures from prominent magical lineages and rising factions alike, each carrying their own motivations for reshaping the future of the wizarding world. Yet the Death Eaters are not unopposed; rumors spread of the Order of the Phoenix reforming in response to their resurgence, and both sides now prepare for a confrontation that could once again divide the magical community. As tensions escalate toward open war, the choices made within this committee will determine whether the wizarding world returns to darkness or emerges from this conflict transformed.
