WUMUNS XIX is proud to partner with the DoubleTree by Hilton in the Clayton area to provide accommodations for delegations during our conference. Through our partnerships, WUMUNS offers delegations pre-reserved rooms at a special rate. We are confident that delegates and advisors will enjoy their stay at these exceptional locations. Delegations are welcome to book other accommodations, but will have to find their own transportation to and from the conference.

Located in the Central West End of Clayton, Missouri, and 2.6 miles from WashU, the DoubleTree by Hilton places guests within easy reach of campus and the conference. The hotel features a 24/7 fitness center, and every stay begins with a warm DoubleTree cookie. Guests can also enjoy meals at the on-site AppleBee’s or at the multitude of other restaurants in the area. Bus Service & Transportation

WUMUNS XIX is proud to provide transportation for those staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton, St. Louis Forest Park. Please note the following complimentary service:

  • 10 PM Friday, October 16th from WashU to Hotel
  • 8 AM Saturday, October 17th from Hotel to WashU
  • 8 AM Sunday, October 18th from Hotel to WashU

Please note that there is no bus service on the evening of Saturday, October 17th due to an optional delegate social event. Please plan accordingly to accommodate transportation to the location of the delegate social event and the hotel.

Please note that a more detailed bus schedule will be released closer to the beginning of the conference. Additionally, please contact Secretariat if you plan on bringing any vehicles larger than a standard car on campus.
